Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. If you create 5 or fewer invoices and 2 quotes per month, you can use EasyEnskildFirma completely free forever. You get full access to double-entry bookkeeping, expense management, payouts, and EU Sales reporting without entering a credit card.
Why is the EU Sales report free, but MOMS is Pro?
Many expat freelancers and consultants in Sweden invoice EU clients under reverse charge. We believe EU Sales reporting is essential from day one. Full MOMS reporting, Profit & Loss statements, NE-bilaga, and automated Year-End Closures are bundled into Pro for when your business scales or when filing your annual taxes.
Are prices inclusive or exclusive of VAT (moms)?
All prices shown are in SEK and include 25% Swedish VAT (moms). If your Enskild Firma is VAT-registered, you can deduct the full input VAT on your regular MOMS declaration.
Can I switch from Monthly to Annual billing later?
Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or switch billing cycles at any time directly through the Stripe Customer Portal inside your account settings. When switching to annual, you immediately benefit from the 49 SEK/month rate (billed as 588 SEK/year).
Can I import my existing bookkeeping data from Bokio or Fortnox?
Yes! EasyEnskildFirma supports full SIE4 file imports on both Free and Pro plans. You can import all historical verifications from previous years without re-typing a single transaction.
What happens to my data if I decide to leave?
We believe in zero vendor lock-in. You can download a complete ZIP archive of your bookkeeping records, CSV ledgers, and original receipt attachments at any time. Our export strictly adheres to Swedish Bokföringslagen (BFL) 7-year retention standards.
